Eclatant Diamonds is pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders over $500.

✔ A flat $20 shipping fee applies to orders below $500

Please Note:
The $500 minimum applies to product value only and does not include Extend protection plans or any additional services.

For security purposes, all FedEx and UPS shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Ship Date

Our jewelry pieces are either In-Stock or Made-to-Order.

After customization, please refer to the product detail page to view the Estimated Ship Date.

In-Stock Items

Select popular styles are available as In-Stock items and typically ship within 1–6 business days.

  • U.S. Orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air® (complimentary)

  • International Orders ship via UPS International Economy (2–5 business days) at no additional cost

Expedited Shipping

Need it sooner?
You may select UPS Next Day Air® for an additional charge (U.S. orders only).

In certain circumstances, Eclatant Diamonds reserves the right to select the most secure shipping carrier without prior notice.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted specifically for you and may take up to 3 weeks to create and ship.

  • The Estimated Ship Date is displayed on the product page and during checkout.

  • Most orders ship on or before the estimated date.

  • In rare cases, production or quality control may slightly extend timelines.

Overnight Shipping

Overnight delivery is available for an additional charge; however, production time (up to 2–3 weeks) still applies before shipment.

Shipping Policies

  • A signature is required for all FedEx deliveries.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes — only physical addresses are accepted.

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.

  • Once shipped, packages cannot be redirected to another address.

  • FedEx/UPS will attempt delivery three (3) times. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to Eclatant Diamonds.

  • Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Weather conditions

    • Carrier delays

    • Incorrect or incomplete address information

Return Policy

Eclatant Diamonds offers a 30-day return policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the shipping date for a refund (less applicable fees).

  • $20 Return Shipping Fee

  • 10% Restocking Fee

✨ Holiday Special: Restocking fees are waived for orders placed between November 21 – December 26, 2025.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours will be subject to a 10% production fee to cover materials, labor, and processing costs already incurred.
